We work to get every Grits Co. order out as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

  • Domestic: UPS or FedEx Ground — 3–5 business days.

  • International: UPS or FedEx Worldwide Expedited — 3–7 business days.

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Carrier delays, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect arrival times.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Order Information

  • Separate orders cannot be combined after submission.

  • Customer information and shipping details cannot be changed after an order has been submitted. Please review your information carefully before completing checkout.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grits Co. is not responsible for delayed or unsuccessful deliveries, or resulting losses, caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and submitting claims directly to the carrier for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer when the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
